Retirement Benefits Coordinator
Before retiring from the Department of Agriculture in 2014, Carol spent 36 years in the federal government workforce. She worked her way up from human resources clerk to HR specialist, focusing on employee benefits and retirement processing. Carol said the best part of her job came from interacting with all the employees, helping them better understand their benefits. She assisted them in completing all personnel paperwork and explaining the various forms. Carol brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table in assisting our clients with inquiries about their benefits. When she’s away from the office, she enjoys reading, crocheting and walking with her two dogs.
