E.A. Buck is a fast-growing financial services company with dual headquarters in Denver and Honolulu. We’re seeking an Associate Retirement Plan Relationship Specialist to join our Retirement Services team and support the delivery of high-quality client service to plan sponsors. This position plays a key role in assisting with plan administration, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management for employer-sponsored retirement plans..

This is a full-time, in-office position based in our Denver Tech Center (DTC) office.

NOTE: Only people who are currently living in Denver will be considered for this role.

Salary / Benefits Package:

  • Base salary range: $75,000 – $100,000, based on experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist plan sponsors with day-to-day questions regarding contributions, compliance, and administrative processes.
  • Support onboarding and transition processes for new or amended plans, coordinating with recordkeepers and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation in CRM systems.
  • Prepare reports, meeting materials, and communications for quarterly client reviews.
  • Collaborate with senior specialists to ensure timely resolution of service issues and client satisfaction..
  • Help monitor compliance activities, ensuring adherence to ERISA and plan-level requirements.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and client experience.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 1–2 years in retirement plan administration, financial services, or client service.
  • SIE, Series 6/7/65/66, or QKA certification preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, high attention to detail, client-focused, and eager to grow in the retirement plan field.
