E.A. Buck is a fast-growing financial services company with dual headquarters in Denver and Honolulu. We’re seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing team! The HR Coordinator provides hands-on support for the daily operations of the Human Resources department, with a primary focus on recruiting and staffing logistics while also supporting HR administration, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance-related activities.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a positive employee experience while supporting a fast-paced and growing organization. The HR Coordinator ensures accuracy and compliance across HR processes while helping maintain operational efficiency and strong internal communication across the firm.
Candidate will be based in Denver, CO.
This position is a full-time position, working on-site at our Denver office.
NOTE: Only people who are currently living in Colorado will be considered for this role.
Salary / Benefits Package:
- Base Salary range of $55,000 to $70,000 per year, based on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage recruiting activities including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and follow-up communications.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and reference checks.
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, employee recordkeeping, and HR documentation.
- Maintain employee files and support compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
- Respond to employee questions regarding benefits, payroll, and HR-related matters.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, company events, and internal communications.
- Assist with leave of absence processes, handbook updates, and HR administrative tasks.
- Maintain recruiting and HR trackers, databases, and reporting.
- Support special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Prior Human Resources, recruiting, administrative, or related professional experience preferred.
- Job offer is contingent upon successful completion of a background investigation, inclusive of fingerprinting and reference checks.
Prior experience in one or more of the following preferred:
- Recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition.
- Human Resources administration or employee relations.
- Financial services, banking, insurance, or investment advisory environments.
- HRIS systems, payroll platforms, or ADP experience.
- Employee onboarding and compliance processes.
