E.A. Buck is a fast-growing financial services company with dual headquarters in Denver and Honolulu. We’re seeking an Inside Sales – Business Development Associate to join our growing team! The applicant must have sales experience. Our ideal candidate will be charismatic, persistent, self-directed, organized and have strong communication skills. Ability to work autonomously but also thrive in a highly collaborative corporate culture is a must. Role is 100% working onsite, and candidate will be based in Colorado.

NOTEOnly people currently living in Denver, will be considered for this role.

Salary / Benefits Package:

  • Dependent on Experience. Starting base of $50,000 plus commissions. Target of $60-80k/year.

Responsibilities:

  • Outbound calling to warm leads, with goal of scheduling client meetings with Financial Advisors.
  • Call and invite clients to appreciation events, promotional educational workshops and promote community outreach events.
  • Maintain client contact database with detailed data entry notes and maintain a list of prospecting leads. Provide performance data reports.
  • Track Key Performance Indicators that are critical functions to the position.
  • Assist with workshop and community outreach events; setup/breakdown of events and prepare materials.

Job Requirements:

  • 2 years of sales experience, ideally inside sales.
  • Candidate should be results driven, self-directed, self-motivated, and have strong communication and organization skills.
  • Candidates who are determined, goal-oriented and have strong sales and customer relationship skills will do best in the role.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Job offer is contingent upon successful completion of a background investigation, inclusive of fingerprinting and reference checks.
