E.A. Buck is a fast-growing financial services company with dual headquarters in Denver and Honolulu. We’re seeking a Manager of Advisor Development to join our Denver team! This person must have a proven track record of success training, coaching and mentoring Financial Advisors. Hands-on experience with equities, fixed income, annuities (FIA’s) and life insurance solutions required. Our ideal candidate will be organized, self-directed and have outstanding communication skills. Ability to work autonomously but also thrive in a highly collaborative corporate culture is a must. Candidate will be based in Denver, Colorado.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Denver, CO.

 

NOTE: Only people who are currently living in Denver will be considered for this role.

 

Salary / Benefits Package:

  • Base Salary range of $125,000 to $175,000 per year, commensurate with experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Train Financial Advisors in-person and virtually on a variety of topics including financial planning, solutions, client engagement and processes.
  • Coach and mentor both new and tenured Advisors.
  • Support Vice Presidents and Managers in leading their teams.
  • Create and update processes, instructional material and training curriculum.
  • Conduct educational workshops to prospective clients.
  • Other miscellaneous tasks and projects as required.

 

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of financial services experience.
  • Deep background in Annuities (specifically FIA’s) and Life Insurance.
  • Series 65 licensed or Series 7 & 66 combined.
  • Strong communication and public speaking skills.
  • Candidate should be goal-oriented, self-directed, flexible and have strong organizational skills.
  • Computer proficient; experience with financial planning software is a plus.
