He is dedicated to helping federal employees better understand the complexities of their retirement and unique benefits, ensuring they have access to the information, guidance, and personalized planning needed to make informed financial decisions throughout their careers and into retirement.

With more than 20 years in the financial services industry, including over a decade in executive leadership, Jeremy has built a reputation for developing high-performing teams and delivering exceptional client outcomes. Throughout his career, he has led organizations responsible for financial planning, marketing, operations, and advisor development, consistently achieving ambitious growth goals while building scalable processes and strong organizational cultures. At Federal Benefits Made Simple, he has played a key role in expanding the firm’s national presence and strengthening its position as a trusted resource for federal employees and their families.

Jeremy believes the best client experience comes from combining education with collaboration. He is passionate about developing advisors who can simplify complex federal retirement topics and provide personalized guidance that help federal employees make confident decisions about their financial futures.

Jeremy earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Colorado State University Global and holds FINRA Series 6, 7, 9, 10, 24, 26, and 63 registrations. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and is a lifelong motorcycle enthusiast.
